I have an old EPS and everything works fine. But if you own one you'll know what I'm talkin about here. When you aren't playing and all there should be is silence, you hear this electronic high pitched buzz. (it's the only way I can desribe it. I was wondering how does one get rid of it?: I was thinking of buying a cheap gate to run the EPS through to eliminate this noise.

Any Insight?

Thanks!

...YEAH, I GOT CRAZY TOO WITH THAT ****ING NOISE... THE ONLY THING I MADE MYSELF WAS A PARTICULAR SETTING OF ENVELOPES I SAVED AS A MACRO FILE ON A FLOPPY ( IF I DON'T REMEMBER BAD , I MADE ENV 3 AMP RELEASE VERY LONG AND SERIALLY CUT DOWN THE ENV 2 FILTER AMOUNT WITH A SHORT DECAY):ON SOME SOUNDS IT WORKS -ALMOST- MAKING DISAPPEARING THE PROBLEM.OF COURSE YOU CAN TRY GATES/EXPANDERS OR CLICK/POP ELIMINATORS AS WELL... BYE!
